It’s never boring being a Christian. There are always new things to learn, and new revelations from God. Sometimes we read scriptures that we have read many times and we will have a revelation that brings a new depth of meaning to us.
Recently I read a little booklet titled, “Faith Takes Back What the Devil’s Stolen.” I already knew the truth of what it was saying, but as I read this booklet and the scriptures in it, my faith rose to a new level. An exert from it says, “God gave us Jesus: all that He is, all that He has, and all that He has done.”
2 Peter 1:3 says, “According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness…” Hath is past tense. So let us take back from the devil anything that he has stolen that is rightfully ours as children of God. Colossians 2:5 (AMP) says, “God disarmed principalities and powers that were ranged against us and made a bold display of them, triumphing over them in the cross.”
As we journey through life, whatever our problems, let us triumph with our Lord and God.
